“Does this come with a headphone adaptor or do I need to purchase one separately?”

fre lifeproof typically comes with a headphone adapter that you screw into the headphone port of the case. doing so does two things 1) makes sure you keep the water proof integrity of the case, and 2) makes it easy to connect any 3.5" headphone, as without the adapter most plugs won't reach/fit.
