QuestionIs there an issue with the thumbprint/Touch ID when unlocking your phone? (I have an iPhone 8) Also, is there any downside when receiving or making a call? (I.E, the caller being able not to hear you well, etc..)

- Answer Yes we purchesed this case and the person you are speaking with on the other line cannot hear you well at all.

QuestionI did the water test, a little bit of water got in the cracks where the two pieces are suppose to snap on. Is that worthy or sending back or replacing the case? Water didn’t get in where the phone would be place inside, only @ the seam.

- Answer Mine leaked from multiple seams and areas upon purchase. The quality of these LifeProof products have dropped really bad ever since Otterbox took over the company. Aside from looking nice, I don't trust this case much for anything. And they're nowhere even close to being worth the price they want to charge for them.

- Answer It is not a perfect fit for the new se You don’t see the apple sign & you have to kind of fish for the power & volumn buttons, but the entire phone is covered

QuestionI want to take underwater videos with my IPHONE. Pictures also but especially videos. Waterproof plastic sheaths don’t work because water pressure turns the video off. Will FRE work for me? Will it also keep water out of my IPhone?

- Answer Well, if you actually intending to work with your device underwater, i will not recommend this case. It’s great if you drop it in the toilet or it falls into the sea… for some time. But, then you take it out …. I don’t think this case meant to take a pictures and videos under water. Because, after sometimes, you might see humidity inside your phone… and foggy cameras… just, try to use it for your daily life. Not taking videos underwater…

- Answer As in my review of the iPhone SE 2nd Generation Lifeproof Fré (7, 8, SE), I see no difference in quality, since iPhone 3, the last case for my iPhone 5s, lasted 7 years! Many drops, spills and potential knicks, cuts, still in mint shape (the phone, not the case), till the case just wore out in FL environment! I ordered online for in store pickup, the day the SE came out! Had it in less than a week!

- Answer I believe Lifeproof has a lifetime warranty. I have personally received replacements for 4 of my cases and paid only $5.99 for shipping.

- Answer Yes u can get a LifeProof Fre case for iPhone 6 even 5 but it must say for the iPhone 6. As the speaker arrangement and ear plug jack changed from iPhone 6 to the 7 and 8.

- Answer Well, the manufacturer of this case doesn’t recommend to keep the protection glass & case… together… because, the CASE itself will protect your iPhone from inside out.
