- Answer Get the one that has a sticker that says “Iphone 6s compatible” not every Fre for iphone 6 will work on 6s because of the 3D-force touch screen.

- Answer No, the fit is exact and doesn't allow for a screen protector underneath. Not needed anyways as the screen protector is built in and there is no loss of sensitivity with it. It fits exact and it is great.

QuestionCan earphones/buds be used while the iphone is in the LifeProof case?I could not use earphone/buds with my previous iphone lifeproof case. The earphone jack is not long enough to make a complete connection because of the thickness of the case. In order to use earphones I've had to remove the phone from the case. Has this been fixed or is there a particular brand or adapter that can make the connection without to having remove the case? I have a new Iphone 6S that needs a case.

- Answer I have used mine underwater, however, the screen doesn't always recognize touch underwater so I open the camera above water and press the volume button to snap the picture!

QuestionHow do I request a replacement case?I got my Lifeproof free for my new IPhone 6s and after a couple weeks, the case does not snap on the left bottom edge (near the earplug entry) and a couple days later the case did not snap on the top edges neither. I am so disappointed with the case, because it's not waterproof anymore and that is the reason I got it for. So, how do I request a replacement case?

QuestionIs there still a problem with the sound?I know previously, I would have problems with people hearing me and it sounding muffled. Also, my phone wasn't as loud as it usually is, therefore making it hard for me to hear my alarm.

- Answer I found that happened to me at first. I removed the phone from the case and when I put it back in made sure that everything was lined up. I haven't had any issues since then.

- Answer We had to use Lifeproof's own customer service 1 time and they were great. I don't know if Best Buy trades in cases but trying calling Lifeproof themselves. It was the best customer service ever. They reward their repeat customers

- Answer If you just have a cracked screen, the case will fit. If the frame is even slightly out of place though, it loses its waterproof if submerged. It should still work under running water though.

- Answer I removed my prior life proof case 3-4 times. Just be sure all parts are snapped back into place tightly, otherwise is will not protect the phone.

QuestionI recently purchased a Fre Case. At first it worked great then in about 2 weeks I would get a loud shrill piercing sound while talking on the phone. Also, I would some times get long vibration sounds like the phone is ringing.Does this normally happen?

- Answer No It shouldn't do that, you should contact lifeproof ! They're very good with replacing bad cases, my sisters case did that on her iPhone and she got a new one and it stopped
