If it is broken, all you have to do is go on LifeProof's website & submit a claim. It usually takes no more than 48 hrs before they ship you a brand new one, in a box just like you purchased from the store.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you have proof of purchase, like a credit card charge, or best buy record of purchase, I think you are going to be out of luck. Because without a receipt or any proof of purchase (did you register your product on line, because that may be your saving grace), for all anyone knows you could have simply stolen the product. I think you are going to have to have some proof of purchase, either trough your best buy account (mine keeps up with all my purchases), or via registration with Lifeproof.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, you can. you just go on lifeproofs website. click on warrenty info i think and submit a claim. they ask for pics of the damage and the serial number on the inside of the case. they dont ask any questions and then they ship it to you.
