- Answer Yes. All the Lifeproof Fre cases include a screen protector built into the case. The Lifeproof Nuud cases do not have a screen protector, but still claim to be waterproof by making a seal directly to your phone's original screen.

QuestionIs this waterproof I can take pictures underwater and stuff I’m going to the beach ? I want to make sure it won’t damage my phone and I know salt water I have the iPhone 8 Plus and it does say it’s water resistant

- Answer Yes, just make sure you test it first without your phone in it. Put a papertowel in the case, seal it up and put it in a bowl and fill with water, check it 30 minutes later and make sure the paper towel is dry. If so, put your phone in, and seal it up the same way and have fun at the beach.

- Answer Hmm when I put my case on the tempered glass started lifting on some parts till I took it off. The case actually does protect the screen I haven’t had a tempered glass for months.

QuestionI want to puchase this for my iPhone 8 Plus . The only thing I’m nervous about is the audio. The case covers the bottom speaker and the top as well. I wanted to know will it be a problem for people to hear me or to hear them when making calls ?

- Answer Yes people will have problems hearing you with this case. I’ve had this case for nearly a year now and I have had Many complaints from people about the muffled sound.

QuestionI was told by one of your live chat people that I needed a separate screen protector. He recommend the zagg glass 1 and now I am concerned after reading that I don’t need it and that it might not even fit. Will the case fit with a zagg screen protector on

- Answer If you are buying the "Fre" model of Lifeproof cases, no screen protector is necessary. In fact, all of my previous Lifeproof Fre cases have fit so snugly that I doubt a screen protector would have fit, and would probably would have compromised the waterproof integrity of the case itself. Just say "No!" to a screen protector if you're getting the Fre case.

QuestionI went to the Apple store to see the phone because my calls I can not hear correctly, and when they checked it they said the phone is fine and they removed the protector and it was clearly heard, how can I ask for help on this case? Thanks

- Answer Unfortunately because it's a completely enclosed case that's waterproof your sound is going to be my fault I find that if I turn my volume all the way up it does help a little

QuestionThe black pieces at the bottom of the case (on each side of the part that covers where you plug the charger in) are peeling off. When I look closely, they look like they have little holes in them, like a mesh or something. Are those needed?
