My best solution would be for you to take a look at YouTube and watch people try to destroy there iPads andcsee which case held up the best. The otterbox has the screen protector, but I don't know how well it would do against a pin or screwdriver. The Life Proof case is great case for water and edge drop edge protection. I just needed water and edge corner protection predominantly. My boys don't like to bang on the front glass. If your child likes to do that, then this case is not for you. You need the screen naked so it will have a waterproof seal. I would check the YouTube videos and go from there. Cnet is good for these sort of reviews too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My son is also autistic, so far we are doing good with the product. I especially like their warranty. They will replace the product that was in the life proof case as long as the life proof case is registered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My son has severe Autism and throws his ipad around like a rag doll. We have always had an Otterbox on it and nothing has ever happened to it. Don't get Lifeproof. His ipad cracked after 2 months. In 4 years with an Otterbox, nothing!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that u have a military strength screen protector on it. That will help avert minor disasters.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi I have the LIfe proof for my IPAD but My 3yr old son has the rubber kids IPAD "IGUYS case"! IT's great!! It's thick rubber with rubber handles for the kids to hold! My son is very rough with it and has had his iPad for 2yrs now, since he was 18months old. Plus he throws it around at times and has dropped it outside many times! Never has broken!! He even has thrown it down the stairs! I love this case, such a lifesaver for small kids or if you think they will possibly break it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Life Proof is what we use. Should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bestbuy sells another product that is fabulous for many children also the cases offer great protection check them out they are called Nabi Other than that all I can say is I forgot my iPad on top of my car and as it bounced down the street behind me down the street at 60mph after tumbling and being run over by many cars I could only think of was my screen was going to be trashed and when I got there everything was fine iPad Lifeproof Cases are made wonderfully!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take a look at cases from Otterbox, they have some tough cases.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Due to the nature of the iPad's screen (touchscreen), covers that protect against direct screen contact are few and far between. In fact, the majority of screen covers are intended to only protect against fingerprints, dust, and other small debris. Otterbox and LifeProof both offer protective case models that include shock-resistant design and AR-coated glass lenses, so you may wish to limit your search to those brands.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an otterbox defender on my iPhone. My three year old throws it all the time and it has been protected. It is not water proof like the lifeproof case. I'm waiting for the otterbox for iPad air 2. The lifeproof case on my iPad does not protect the screen at all.
