QuestionWe just got the sharper image tiki torches plug them in to charge them the flame comes on turn that off and nothing. But if they set for about 4 minutes the flame comes b back on turn them off and no red ring comes on ,I unplug them and nothing

QuestionCan more than 2 be synced together? For example, could I buy 10 and use them to light a short walkway and have all 10 play music together from the same source? That might be an interesting use for weddings and other events.

QuestionBoth Tiki Tunes speakers are charged, both turn on, I heard the prompt, “tiki tunes connected” but sound is only coming from one of them. I’ve “forgot this device” and started the whole process over several times. Still only one speaker works.

QuestionOne if my tikitunes won't charge. Had it plugged in overnight and nothing. The ambient light won't even come on. Help!

- Answer We purchased ours around Christmas last year. We initially charged it until the red light ring on top went out. If you have done this and still nothing, check the cord? Make sure it isnt pinched or crimped. If still no luck, I'd be taking it back for a replacement. I can tell you, these little torches are Great (once working & charged) the sound, light, and battery life are all excellent! Good Luck and I hope you are charged and rockin' in no time!

- Answer You could buy a hook that you screw into the bottom. There is a spot u can screw them into a stake u could just get a hook from the hardware store and just hang them upside down. Your question gave me this idea and I might do this with mine!

- Answer your device is out of date, or your are connecting BT 3x to 5x. I am guessing that the connect drops when the music stops...
