QuestionCan you safely stack a modem on top of the router

- Answer I wouldn't. The router seems to run rather warm compared to other routers I've used and if stacked I'd be leery that heat buildup would shorten the life of the router. Maybe even the modem that would be on top.

QuestionWe just set up this router up in our 2 story home and we are a bit disappointed that we do not get a signal upstairs, our old cisco router Linksys E2100 we had the signal all over our house. Why is this we are not getting a connection up stairs ?
