Do you mean the Cisco DPQ3212? If so, then it should. The Velop is supposed to be compatible with pretty much all routers. The internet coming into your house has to connect to the Cisco router and then you'll come out of the router from the Ethernet connection with your Cat 5 or 6 Internet line to your first Velop. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about that exact router, but the iphone setup app asks you if you are using a standalone router or a combo router/modem such as Cox offers. I think they will work. The app is very adaptable and smart with multiple situations
