• Honestly, you never know how well it will work until you actually buy the product and try it out. I would buy it from a bricks and mortar Best Buy to make return/exchange easier, if necessary. There are so many factors that will affect range (line of sight, walls, wood vs steel structure, other WiFi devices, etc.)

• It should. Our WiFi router is in our detached garage and our house is concrete block....works like a charm. We have two acres and we have coverage everywhere. No more dead zones like before. Very Pleased.

• It will work if it is not to far. Mine works out about 300 feet.
