QuestionI recently had a new router set up in my home. I have 3 notes I tried to reconnect to my router from Verizon. The primary note light is solid blue. The other 2 notes are solid pink. What am I doing wrong? I Tried resetting.

- Answer It could be the other nodes are not picking up the primary node. Try bringing the other nodes closer to the primary node. Next room right upstairs or the room right below your primary node if the other node in the basement. It should detect. Use the Linksys app to add another node.

QuestionHi. My AX4200 node shows blue and then goes to yellow most of the time. It then occasionally goes back to blue. Before again returning to yellow. Is there anything I can do to keep it in blue? Do I need an additional node between this one and the main one

- Answer Yellow means it out of range, try moving closer to another node or changing its location.

- Answer Hi, Jane. Our routers (Mesh and Smart Wi-Fi routers) will only provide next generation Wi-Fi to your home. They don't have the capability to improve cellular connections.

QuestionI have my wifi through my internet provider (xfinity) can I still use this and if so how does it work with both?

- Answer Yes you can use these with xfinity. I also have xfinity. How it works is that the Linksys nodes essentially take the internet from the xfinity modem and send it through how ever many Linksys nodes you have, giving you much better WiFi strength throughout the entire house. Additionally each node has Ethernet ports so you can hardwire devices in every location you have a node. Just make sure you call xfinity and have them disable the wireless feature in their modem so the signals don’t fight each other.

- Answer Your Ring spotlight cams should work with the Linksys Velop wifi. If they do not then you most likely need a wifi extender to extend the wifi signal further.

QuestionI have 2 of these. I created a new wifi network but obviously the old one is still there. Would I have to manually connect devices that were on the previous network? The only devices I see connected are those I manually connected.

- Answer So if you had a hacker that was on your old network, and you set up a new one to get them off and start fresh. If they automatically came over to your new network, would that be very secure? No, each device must properly authenticate to any new network to be able to have access to said network.

QuestionI know each node has 2 ethernet ports. The parent node will have one port connected to the modem. The 2nd port I plan to connect to a smart TV. My question is for the wireless child nodes. Can I use those 2 ethernet ports to hardwire to a desktop computer
