Pull the battery out and reinstall it. That was the only way I could find.

By blocking phone numbers, it will route the call to your voicemail rather than allowing the call to ring through on your device. To check if you have any phone numbers currently block, please follow these simple steps. From the Main Menu, select Phone and press the OK button. Then select Blocked Numbers and press the OK button. Review any numbers that may be listed as blocked. To remove a specific number from the block list, select the number you want to unblock and press OK. Then select Unblock Number and press the OK button. If these steps do not correct the issue you are experiencing, we ask that you contact our Customer Service to conduct the appropriate troubleshooting.
