- Answer The phone is unlocked and can be used with most any carrier and uses a nano sims card, its comes with a pre installed for the carrier great call but you can use your own and its under the battery under the removable back cover and also has a memory card slot.

QuestionI purchased and activated a Flip2 phone this week with unlimited talk & text. I am able to send texts out to other phones, but for some reason cannot receive any texts (simple SMS text messages or MMS photos either). What can I do to make this work?
