- Answer Hello great question! That is correct as long as your previous account with your old carrier is still active all you are required to do is provide your account information with them to transfer the number! For the time period of the transfer you are given a temporary Lively phone number to be able to utilize your service until the number transfer is complete. We hope you found this information helpful.

- Answer This means the phone cannot connect to your network. AT&T to your actual phone. Move around until you connect or reboot the phone. If that doesn't work call your provider.

- Answer Hello, thank for your question. The Call Waiting feature is available on your Flip2 phone. Once enabled, while on a call, when a new call comes in, it will show on the screen. To answer, press Ok, to ignore the call, press the down arrow to highlight Ignore and then press Ok. To check it the feature is enable on your phone, please call our Customer Service.
