A:AnswerGreat question! Because the Jitterbug Flip2 phone was designed for simplicity and ease of use, Cellular Data is not an option on this phone and email would not be an option However, we have the Jitterbug Smart3 Phone available with this feature.
A:AnswerGreat question! All Jitterbug cell phones are unlocked per nationwide standards, but we cannot control which carriers choose to accept or activate our phones, nor do we guarantee our phones are compatible with other networks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
A:AnswerThe Jitterbug Flip2 phone does not have the capability to access the internet. If you are interested in a phone that can, we would recommend our Jitterbug Smart3 phone.
A:AnswerI have no contract and simply called the number and got the phone in 2 days.Charged it to 100% and called a friend in NC and told her my new number. My complaint is the RED LIGHT that stays on.Not needed unless the phone is lost in the dark. This phone is latger than the Verizon/Smasung flipper I used for years and it will go away soon with no more service available.Tim will determine the worth of this thing.
A:AnswerYou can set it to answe automatically when opening the phone. However, we preferred the option to hit any button to answer so we could first see if we wanted to answer the call.
A:AnswerGreat question. The Jitterbug Flip 2, once activated will have a software update that will enable the speed dial feature. The set up is different than the previous model but it is still a long press on the number to dial. For assistance or to ensure the speed dial is enabled on your phone, please call our Customer Service between 5am and 6pm Pacific time.
