I believe that they will set the phone up for you at Best Buy if you have all of the correct information needed to create the account. In our case we were transferring phones and didn't have all of the information they needed when we bought the phone. We had to take the phone home and call Lively after we collected the necessary information.

He gave me at least a couple of answers that turned out to be incorrect. So I don't know if they know enough about the phone to set it up (or if they have the time). But you can call the Lively help desk (from another phone) and they can help you set up your Lively phone.

Please try again later.I am a senior now but I bought one of the first Jitterbug phones that first came out and the phone was all set up about new updates I would send it back and it was updated and sent back to me. this was many years ago, thinking of buying another Jitterbut but not sure of which one, I want to buy one soon...
