The most common reasons this happens is that either the phone has been placed in Airplane mode or that the Mobile data is turned off, by accident. Drag down twice from the top of your phone and a window will open showing several items including the two mentioned above. Make sure the Mobile data is blue, active and that the Airplane mode is gray, inactive. You can also power your phone off for 30 seconds and back on to refresh it as this resolves most issues. If your issue is not resolved, please call our Customer Service for further assistance.
