Am I able to do WIFI calling with this phone? null

Thank you for your question. The Jitterbug Smart4 phone has the Google Play Store where apps can be downloaded to make calls via Wi-Fi / internet.

I found out the hard way that WiFi calling is disabled by visible on all jitterbug phones. Yes you can download an app to do it that way but you will have to select the app manually and have a separate number for that line. It is not seamless or easy for elderly people like it would be if they just allowed wifi calling in the first place. I cannot recommend these phones to anyone until that issue is solved.
