• If you have a phone case you can just slip the metal plate in between the phone and the phone case no need to glue it.

• The magnetic pieces have a sticky backing, kind of like 3M adhesive and it's fairly strong. The product comes with 2 magnetic pieces that you can either attach to your phone or phone case. Hope this helps.

• It has a couple of metal flat pieces that have an adhesive sticker on it. You could stick it on the phone or on the inside of a case. I just put the metal pieces on inside of my iPhone case(didn't even use the sticker) and laid the phone in it. It worked great just doing that. The magnet is on the mount and not on the metal pieces. Also if you use the sticker tape on the metal and want to reuse, just buy some 3m double sided tape.

• The magnate has a sticky backing no glue. I put mine on mine on the inside of my case not on my phone. Not sure if you can buy replacement magnates but it come with 2.

• There are 2 additional metal pieces both with adhesive on them, also if you have a case you can insert this between phone and case. I use galaxy S5 but I bought Logitech protection+ case for it. So I do not use additional magnetic metal pieces.

• The metal piece attaches to the case nicely and comes with 2 pieces. I guess you could stick it to the phone but why. Yes you can get other pieces it is just a metal piece with sticker on it.

• It sticks on with 3M type adhesive it's really strong and will stick on anything, I stuck mine on the back of my case and it works flawlessly. They are also super thin so doesn't add any extra bulk to your case. Only gripe I have is that you can't buy extras even on the MFG. Website so if you use the two you have you have to buy a whole new mount to get more.

• KR -You can use a cell phone in a Case - jaws that hold the cellphone are adjustable does not use glue, justs grips the phone very tightly.
