Is it possible to factory reset? null

Unsure why you would want to factory reset the headset, but check for a tiny, paper clip sized, hole and press and hold that button for about 10 seconds. If it's related to the Bluetooth and random people connecting to it, just swap it to dongle mode when not in use. Other than that, there really isn't anything to factory reset
