• it is a plug and use so basically you just plug it into the port in your computer and it works.

• once you plug the device onto your computer it should prompt to run some drivers, and that is all you need. if it does not run automatically you can look in your "connected devices" and auto run the webcam itself. final resort is that you can go into google, type you webcam brand name followed by "drivers" which shouuld navigate you to the manufacturer's website to download the appropriate drivers for your device.
