• It’s a simple plug and play. Your PC Should recognize the device when you plug in the USB and when you open up your zoom application, it will use that HD camera as a default WebCam. Or you might have to play with the settings. Works fine with Zoom for my daughters online classes.

• Hi Carolyn, the C615 is plug and play. It has a connected USB cord on the webcam that will plug into an available USB port on your computer/laptop. Once it is plugged in applications such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams will automatically recognize the webcam and use it in your conference calls.
