- Answer The C920S has a stereo microphone built-in. An external microphone can be used in conjunction with the C920S, but you would have to go into your computer's device settings and specify which microphone to use because most computers will automatically use the camera's microphone when the USB is plugged in.

- Answer Hi Gizmo, the setup process for the C920S HD Webcam is very easy: just plug and play! The only additional thing you might have to do is change the audio and video settings on the application you want to use the webcam with, to use the webcam as the new source. - Answer The C920S HD Webcam will see everything in 1080p full-HD, and you can use Logitech "Options" software to make adjustments. It will Auto-focus, although the closer you are the better it will be. The webcam uses a USB connection, you could use an extension cord and a tri-pod for better positioning. - Answer Hello Jake, Thank you for your question. The Logitech C920s Webcam features a universal mounting clip to fit laptops or monitors. The C920s has a 78° field of view and it can be tilted. C920s is equipped with a tripod thread. If you are looking for the option to rotate the webcam 360°, this can be achieved on a tripod. Another comparable option with an included tripod is the C922 Pro Stream Webcam, which is currently showing as on sale and currently available on BestBuy.com. Two microphones, one on either side of the camera, capture more realistic sound from a broader range of angles—so your voice comes through sounding natural and clear in conference calls. - Answer Hello Englewood! The C920S HD Webcam will be able to see 5-6 people around a conference table yes because it's wide angle, but it is more meant for a single person sitting in front of the camera, so it may be hard for the camera to focus properly with multiple people in sight. I would also suggest a better mic solution because once more, the webcam does have built in stereo mics, but for someone sitting about a 1 meter away from the camera, so it might not pick up people that are sitting farther out.

- Answer Hi, Sony's PlayStation 4 does not provide support for standard USB webcams. In fact, the company requires that you use its proprietary camera, which uses a different jack than USB. Hope that helps.

QuestionHow much clearance would the camera need when mounted on top of a monitor. The distance from the top of my monitor to the shelf above it is pretty small.

- Answer Hi Enotsola, the C920 camera is about 1.25 inches. The lens plus the attached mounting part in a closed position is 1.70 inches. Depending on how much adjusting you are doing with the tilt and clamp on the monitor you may need more than 2 inches. You can always pull your monitor out of its area, affix the C920 webcam to the monitor and then place it back into its home.

QuestionCan this be mounted upside-down? My monitor is currently mounted to the wall, and the bottom of my monitor is slightly lower than eye level. I'm wondering if I mount it upside-down, can I then flip the image right side up in the software somewhere?

- Answer No it can’t. It kind of sits on top of a monitor/screen and it has a back arm that just stabilizes it. There’s no real tension holding it on. Unless you make some custom mount. And rotating the image produced would depend on what program the video is going towards.

- Answer Yes, there is a symbol on the screen window that relates to this feature. Clicking on the icon with the cursor turns features on and off. Mute is turned on and off by clicking on the symbol shaped like a microphone.
