The C922 Pro Stream 1080p Webcam for HD Video Streaming could work well for the video recording, but it might not be optimal using the dual microphones of the camera for sound quality, given how big and echoey a church can be, I'd probably recommend an external microphone like a Blue Yeti along with the camera for better results.
