• The trackball requires no wrist motion. The cursor is moved on the display by rolling the ball on the left side of the trackball body. Click pads and rollers to the right of the ball are programmable, but are generically set up for scrolling, selection, et c as on a good mouse.

• Hi, the M575 uses a trackball to move the cursor around the computer screen. This way you don't have to move your wrist nearly as much like a traditional mouse. If you're worried about wrist fatigue, this is a great mouse to use!
