turn it over, tale a pen or pencil, push the ball out, and clean the inside. then simply pop the ball back in. I do this every so often. you get lint or dust build up over the little pins.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Judge! The Trackball for the ERGO M575 Wireless Trackball Mouse with Ergonomic Design shouldn't get stuck normally, I would push it out (using the hole under the mouse) and see if cleaning the Trackball itself and the inside housing helps solve the issue. Maybe some dirt got stuck in there. If it still doesn't help, I would get the product exchanged if you're still under the store warranty, or know that you also have 1-year warranty with Logitech directly if needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I seem to be continually having to take out the ball and clean and I the sensitivity continues to downgrade. Can I return to the store if less than 1 year or do I have to go through Logitech?
