I just had a similar problem and have to return them. They only worked a few days but I was already hearing a issue for days now where the left ear would not work then pop and work for a while.

If you don't see any physical damage to the wires above each earcup (especially the one that's not working), usually it could be that the AUX cord is not pushed in all the way to the device you're connecting the headset to. Assuming you're using your G PRO X Wired 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Over-the-Hear Headset on the PC, make sure you plug in the USB DAC Adapter to the end of your AUX cord, and then connect the USB end of the cable to your computer. Install the free G Hub software, and that way you'll get any firmware updates that have been released for your headset, which could resolve the issue. The other thing you could try is connecting the headset to another device (like a tablet or phone), if only 1 of the earcups works again, then the headset might be defective, but note that you have a 2-year warranty with Logitech on your product.
