I tried using another dongle for the same brand and style mouse and it didn't work. I then used the new mouse and it worked. Found the old dongle and it worked with the original mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A replacement USB receiver should take care of it, no need to purchase a new mouse. I'm not sure if Logitech's website sells USB receivers specific to each mouse. But I have seen on Amazon, a Logitech USB Unifying Receiver. From what I've read, you may need to download software on your computer, but it has very positive reviews and people say Logitech's accessories connect to it very easily. Hope that helps.
