The Quest 2 features a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. You can use any headphones/earbuds that have this jack. As it appears right now, these Logitech-built earbuds don't offer any Quest 2 specific benefits, and should be considered based on price, sound quality, appearance and ergonomics.

These are made specifically for the Quest 2/VR headsets-so one side of the cord (closes to the jack) is shorter. This prevents extra cord that you have to manage

I would imagine if you have another VR headset they will work fine and depending on the location of the headphone port the length will likely be ok as long as the port is on the sides of the headset.
