Yes, but you'll have to get a mic/headset splitter. I use this on both my PS4 and my iPhone with the splitter and the sounds alright but a little soft since they are not self-amplifying.

No! You Can not! It sucks. It only has a usb/pc set up to it. I got/recommend turtle beach ear force recon 50. It’s over the ear headset that is a 3.5 mm Jack that can plug into your controller.
