Hello, Craig! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your G432 headset! G Hub will only recognize the headset if you are using the USB connection, not the 3.5mm connection. Since it sounds like the USB cable on your headset has gone out, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim.
