• A:Answer Hello! Unfortunately, most TVs' USB ports are meant for file transfer (photos, videos, etc) not for audio. Your smart TV should have Bluetooth so I would recommend using the Bluetooth feature on the G435 headset.

• A:Answer Hello, Sandra! Make sure that your G435 is in Bluetooth mode by either making sure that the light that's flashing is dark blue or holding down the mute microphone button for about 4 seconds. Next, if the light is dark blue and not cyan, you'll want to hold the mute and power buttons for about 3 seconds until the light starts rapidly flashing. Then you will want to go into your Bluetooth settings on your phone to find and pair the device. If you have already done this, I would then recommend plugging your headset into a computer and checking if there is a software update. Here is the link to the update tool https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407898529687-Download-G435-Gaming-Headset. After you have updated your headset, try these steps again. Q: QuestionI bought this headset about a week or so ago, and once i turned it on, a beeping sound pops off and I can't hear sound at all anymore. My headset is paired and everything. Once I turned it on, a beeping sounds hears off then a blue light flashes.

Q: QuestionHi, my headphones connect to lightspeed and bluetooth, but when I try to switch between the two, bluetooth doesn't work if the lightspeed usb is inserted in my laptop. when i take it out, bluetooth then works - when i put the usb back in, it stops again.

• A:Answer yes that is normal behavior.. you cant use both simultaneously. if you plug in the dongle, it expects lightspeed.

On the Gaming side, this is the only headset that we have at the moment with the Bluetooth capability, but it'll fit most people's head sizes, from small to medium/large.
