• With the right dongles and connectors, yes. You can use a USB to USB-Micro adapter to get this to work on your android device. However, without the adaptor, it cannot work.

• The mouse it not wireless so there is probably no simple way of connecting it and a set of 3.6g weights come with the mouse and sorta a manual that says what to download and and how to add the wights

• Not that I know of, it has a USB connector at the end of the cable. It comes with the mouse and five 3.6g weights that can be added to the base for stability. That's it.
