Not at all, the extension is %100 optional. I use the extension on my desktop because it's under my desk, but I plug the dongle in directly for my laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i notice no delay using either, and i have a 240 hz monitor. But i would absolutely assume that there is only a tad bit of latency more using wireless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven’t noticed any difference in latency. I play CS:GO on a regular basis. I honestly am not sure what the purpose of the adapter is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The purpose of the extension receiver is to bring the dongle closer to the mouse to decrease the latency and while theoretically speaking just plugging it straight into your computer will increase latency because you are bring the dongle further away, it probably wouldn't be noticeable at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. At some kind of super precise scale that doesn't matter? Probably. Real world? Na
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does not affect responsiveness. One of the best you’ll buy
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have seen no delay that is noticable anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.not using the extension works great
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It won't effect it what so ever. If you like the low profile look of just the adapter, use that. Otherwise, use the adapter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it does not. I have not noticed any difference between the two modes. Sometimes I'll hook it up to charge while I play, and it feels the same. Now, if we're talking about how it feels materialistically, it will probably feel slower since the cable is attached, adding a little weight to the mouse.
