I use this mouse for CS GO and I love the sensitivity. You can set hard or light sensitivity to it through the setting so if you like a loose or a tight draw on your weapon it is really amazing.

You can store 3 profiles on the mouse, and each can have different keybindings, macros, and sensitivities. Each profile can have 4 programmed sensitivities too, 3 that are switched by preset buttons on the side of the mouse (but they can be changed), and one that is only active when you are holding a button down. Its great if you want different sensitivities for different weapons or games. Everything (5 on the wheel alone) can be rebound to just about anything, even custom macros that can be recorded/written using the program. Having the option to free spin the wheel comes in handy, too.
