• I believe you have to hold the FN key on the bottom right while using the desired keys.

• This can be done two ways: First Fn+PRTSC - mute Fn+SCRLK - Volume Down Fn+PAUSE - Volume Up ----------------------------------------------- Second Switch the function key functionality from Logitech G-Hub software from your system and use the above-mentioned keys directly.

• If you want to make the function keys control volume without having to hold down Function - Open the G413 controls. Click the image of the keyboard, then click settings. Check the Invert Function Key box.
