I chose the G703 because it's right-handed and fits my hand better. The G900 and G903 are a bit longer and flatter than my previous mice (G502, DeathAdder, Myonix NAOS). While the G900 and G903 have more buttons, some of them are there just to facilitate ambidexterity. I also prefer the LED patterning on the G703 with its lit scrollwheel. Technology-wise they are at the same level (same sensor, same LightSpeed tech, PowerPlay compatible), so pick the one that feels better.

They both use the same exact wireless technology. The g903 had it first so it is more expensive. They made the more budget friendly g703 after to get more people into high performance wireless. I have both the 703 and thev903. I personally use the 703 more often. They preform the same, choose one of what shape you like better. ( Feel them on display in store if you can ).

G703 and G903 are 2 different mice in its own aspect. The G903 has a better build quality. It is also the first mouse to use a mechanical button. The G703 (unlike the G403) now also uses Lightspeed Technology. Meaning the actual performance between the G903 and G703 and even the last years model G900 (G403 does not have Lightspeed Technology). So the G703 will perform exactly the same as the more expensive G900/G903. However, the advantage of the G703 is that it is right handed so it will feel better than the ambidextrous G900/G903. The G703 also has lower quality material like a texturized rubber which will in time wear down on the location where you place your thumb. Both the G703 and G903 (not the G403 and G900) include wireless charging capability with the Powerplay mat.

I would personally any day take the G703 because it is not ambidextrous and has the same sensor and wireless capability as the G903. I cant stand ambidextrous mice because they do not fit well in your hand. If you want an ambidextrous mouse the the G903 is an excellent choice.
