• Unfortunately, the G733 headset only works with the USB receiver and won't work wired. As for getting a replacement USB receiver, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to see if they can get you a replacement receiver.
