The pedals are fairly heavy, so the most important thing to prevent sliding is the surface they're on. Make sure they are sitting on top of a hard surface such as wood, linolium, or tile, and not a soft surface like carpet. That should minimize sliding. If you're still experiencing sliding, try pressing the back of the pedals against a hard surface such as the desk or the wall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a thing underneath you can flip down and it will be good for carpet. For hardwood or tile, not so good. It does have rubber flats but I actually use furniture to stop it from moving. It will only be as strong as what can stop your foot pushing it. Don’t push so hard and you’ll be fine.
