A:Answer Hello Skoodygaming, Some racing titles have an option called Inverted Force Feedback (or similar) in their control options. This needs to be turned off in order for the force feedback of our gaming wheels to function correctly. Otherwise, the wheel may not center correctly and will appear to constantly steer or push in the wrong direction. The G923 racing wheels have dual motors that provide force feedback on supported games and systems. Both products contain an overheat protection circuit to safeguard them under high-temperature operating conditions. In rare instances, force feedback features may shut down during use, while the controls continue to operate. If this happens, allow the wheel to cool down by using the following steps: 1) Disconnect the wheel unit’s power adapter from the power source; 2) Disconnect the wheel unit’s USB connection from your XBox One. If the issue continues, there could be a hardware issue which is covered by the 2 year limited hardware warranty.
