A:AnswerHello LJSMEMA! The G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset for PC with LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting is a Wireless Headset, so you can connect its receiver into one of your computer's USB ports, and it gives you up to 15 meters of indoor range. You can buy a USB extension cable if you want to, something like this: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/best-buy-essentials-10-usb-a-3-0-male-to-female-extension-cable-black/6435159.p?skuId=6435159 but it's always recommended to connect the wireless receiver directly to the computer for optimal result.
A:AnswerThis Happened to me the first day I got them. Try unplugging it from the remote and put it back in and make sure it’s all the way in. If that don’t work try unplugging it from the headset and plug it back in and make sure it’s all the way in. If neither one of those work( if it’s on Xbox) go to the audio sound thing and make sure the mic is on . (also try twisting the cable in the remote and in the headset)
A:AnswerThey dongles unfortunately aren't sold separate. If your G935 is still under warranty, Logitech may be able to replace it. In that case contact Logitech Support
A:AnswerThis headset operates best with the USB dongle provided, which requires PC driver support. Although a 3.5mm cable is provided for localized connectivity, it may not be long enough for use. A headset with Bluetooth support may be your best option.
A:AnswerYou can have it connected to up to 3 Bluetooth devices, but it will only play one at a time, to include if you use the aux connection with these.
A:AnswerHello Charles, I see no reason why you can't use the G935 with your Nx Head Tracker. From what I understand, all you need to do is attach the Nx Head Tracker, use an Nx 3D audio app, and get started. - Richard from Logitech
A:AnswerCall Logitech Support at 646-454-3200; they are very helpful. They replaced my wireless receiver/dongle for free. I don't know if I'd tell them that you purchased it used at ebay though. :)
A:AnswerI am unsure about the Asus Tuf Dash as I have never used it. But they do have their own software through Logitech that is easy to install and very user friendly when it comes to editing the colors and macros!
