I have had this problem from time to time using my windows 81 laptop and I think it is a driver problem. I found that if I switch to a playing a different file then switch back this clears up the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is it your headset or your computer? Try it on another PC, if the same issue occurs, call Logitech Support and they will help troubleshoot or if your headset is under warranty, will replace it. I use mine for over 6 hrs a day (sometimes over 2 hours of continuous use) and no issues for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you loose sound at the same PC connect to another USB port your headphones. If loose sound with connections to different PCs your headphones have problem. I am taking about Logitech - H390 USB Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To my knowledge you may be connecting to a USB source which may have some issues. OR the USB port may be having a power saving setting. These may interrupt your sound and might be creating this issue. To make sure it is always good to view the DEVICE Manager -- drill down to USB port and check for drivers. Sometimes it might say a old driver. So uninstall the driver and then scan for Hardware devices. This will install a new set of drivers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced similiar issues on my older computer when using these headphones. I discovered that it was because my USB port was failing so that whenever the head of the jack shifted in the port the sound was lost.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most of the time you simply unplug them and then plug them back in
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could be a low charge or distance from the USB device which is also the wireless transmitter. Also if it is around a lot of electronics or behind a device could be corrupting the signal or weakening your signal strength.
