Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello JR! There are a couple things you can try with your H540 Wired On-Ear Headset to make it work. First, make sure the headset is connected to one of your computer USB ports (not to USB Hub). You can also try a different USB port on your computer (in case the first one is faulty). Make sure your H540 Headset is selected as the playback device (click the speaker icon at the bottom right of your Windows desktop, the select the H540). If using a conferencing application (like Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, etc., check to see that the H540 is your chosen audio peripheral, and check the volume and microphone sound settings.
