Try hard resetting the remote and re-syncing your setup. Pull the batteries, hold down the power button and reinsert the batteries. You should see some diagnostic info on the screen. Sync the remote with your My Harmony software to restore your settings.

It has been working great for me. To recharge is a pain on a monthly basis and normal batteries will last a year.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a new pair of NiMH rechargable batteries of any brand (with at least a 2100 mAH rating). If your remote doesn't charge with new batteries, your remote's charging circuit is bad. Just use alkaline AAs or get a battery charger that plugs straight into the wall.
