Can I buy a rechargible battery for this remove?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello D! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Harmony Elite (Remote Control and Smart Hub). There aren't a lot of possible solutions, but make sure you double check the following: Is the Charging Cradle properly connected to its power supply? Is the power supply properly connected to a power outlet? Have you tried a different power outlet just in case? Is the remote properly seated in the Charging Cradle? If you've tested all of the above with no luck, know that you have a 1-year warranty with Logitech on your Harmony Elite, so simply go to the product page and click the Support link at the bottom of the page if needed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could be the battery. The elite is designed with a replaceable battery. Remove the battery an try a new one. Not sure if the battery is covered by the warranty if your still in the warranty period. Unfortunately if the battery is swelling you may need to take the remote apart.
