• I don't think so. All harmony remote signals are IR and I believe FireStick remote is BluTooth.

• As long as your Harmony remote is on the list of products that works with the Firestick, then yes. You go into the program on your computer you used to update/program the remote, and on the left hand side where it allows you to "upgrade your remote", you can then add the hub. It's not entirely simple, but there is information online on how to do it.
