Q: QuestionWill this control Amazon fire box?, or since the tv is now a 4k smart one, do I even need it?

• A:Answer Go to https://www.myharmony.com/en-us/ and select "Compatibility" then put in the manufacturers name and model number in the appropriate fields. Sony 65 4k tv Model XBR-65X850D is compatible. So is Amazon Alexa (Echo, Echo Dot) so you can use your voice to turn on the TV and many other functions that are normally available through the remote (with Harmony Remote + Hub). Just having 1 remote for the TV, the Sound bar, the stereo, and the Blue-Ray player has made my coffee table available for other things. That alone is worth it to me.

• A:Answer I honestly don't know... That's a really good question! We have programmed as many as 6 with no problems. (Many are in complex Theater Rooms) They work very well. Issues? You need to keep the Remote aimed at the Devises until all commands have been sent, or things get out of sync.

• A:Answer I'm not positive however based on my experience I would say your problem is your trying to control spectrum when you should be controlling your TV. Remember, your app is on the TV and you do not have a source/device to control that belongs to spectrum. It's like trying to control VUDU on Roku without controlling your Roku... impossible. Hope I understood your question correctly.
