• I just paired my K380 keyboard to my HP Laptop and found that the "Start" key does exactly like the Windows key does. This is the bottom row left, 3rd key to the right.

• Hello, Grumpycat! Since the K380 is both for Windows and Mac, the traditional Windows Key is replaced with the Start key. It is in the same place it usually is on other keyboards and still functions the same. - Maggie from Logitech
