1. Go to the command prompt and type osk. 2. When the virtual keyboard comes up, click on options at the bottom right. 3. Click on turn on numeric keypad. 4. on the bottom right of the keyboard, enable number lock. 5. close out the virtual keyboard and your number lock should work.
