It will work definitely. I have both the tethered Apple keyboard and mouse and they both work. You just have to get used to some of the keys because they are not marked like a Window Keyboard. I hope this helps...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I use this keyboard on a PC and it does work. The 'CMD', or 'Command' key is the same as the 'Windows' key. There are 2 'Delete' keys on this keyboard: the large 'Delete' key is the same as the 'Backspace' key on the PC's keyboard(erase to the left of the cursor), and the small 'Delete' key is the same as the 'Delete' key on the PC's keyboard (erase to the right of the cursor).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I regularly use the mac version on my PC -- especially because this version doesn't suffer from power-saving issues like the black one which shuts off regularly and needs to be switched off and then on again. The white/silver version has a better build quality to match the Mac, the keys feel better and overall it's everything the black version should have been -- you just have to get used to using the command/option keys as your windows/alt keys.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it works on a Mac or PC. It's really just a matter of different colors and a command key as opposed to a windows key. If you use the Mac-version of the keyboard, you'll just have to remember the function of the differently labeled key.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used it on my work PC which is a 2010 Dell with Windows 7. So, I'm sure it is compatible with whatever you have.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't tried the Mac keyboard with a PC but I did do the reverse (PC keyboard with a Mac) for about 2 1/2 years and it worked fine other than having a few different dedicated keys. Since I was using it with a laptop, this didn't pose a problem as I could use that keyboard on the rare times I wanted a Mac specific key. Your plan should work...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have found that it works with both my PC and my Mac.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does work on a PC. The one I just bought and connected works fine, even the special function keys (that are applicable for PCs) map as expected out of the box. OTH, I'm taking mine back. I thought the build quality was terrible. If you have bluetooth on your PC, buy a real Apple keyboard. You'll thank me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Generally Mac products will not be compatible with PCs, but some are. Keyboards specifically have a slightly different key layout and therefore incompatibility issues may be present.
